Getting Swift Riding Nether Ray (280% epic flying mount)

You will need to get exalted reputation with Sha'Tari Skyguards.
I know only one quest to do it its in Terrokar Forest in Skettis.

Coordinates: 65x71 in Terrokar Forest

There you will find a small camp with a repeatable quest. You need collect a drop from mob in skettis...So go and kill about 50...It took 1 hour for me...As soon as you reached exalted reputation with the faction you can buy the mount and some other cool stuff from the vendor near the quest giver.
