Quick leveling spots guide

Let's make a collection of quick leveling spots and advice.
Advice: Accept all quests. Sometimes you can cash them in immediately with no work done!
Leveling guide:
At lvl 32-38 go to Grom Gol encampement (North of Booty Bay). Fight the Murclos north of the encampment and save up all those papers they drop. After you level up once or twice off them, you should have all the papers you need. Walk east until you hit the water stream and follow it north. Eventually you'll see a bunch of npcs (protip: watchout for alliance!). Talk to the one with the ! over his head and accept all his quests to find papers. Since you've already got them, cash them in.
I went from 38 to 44 this way
